Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the official delivery dates of goods. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, please get in touch with us by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA number). If you choose to return your item(s) more than 14 days after the receipt of goods, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

In the unlikely event your item is defective or faulty, please get in touch to discuss a return authorisation, with the cost of return shipping covered by us (return authorisation from BCS in writing is required in advance for this option). 

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

– Product is defective

– Product is not as described

– Product must be in original packaging

– Product must be unused

– Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns must obtain a Return Authorisation number from Bien Chez Soi Issigeac, and on return will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase and Return Authorisation Number.

Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation.

In the case where the item(s) being returned are damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs, by prior arrangement, in writing. Please take every care to ensure that goods being returned are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.

In the case of the return of a non-damaged or non-defective item being returned, the cost of return shipping will not be covered by Bien Chez Soi Issigeac, and we reserve the right to reject your request for refund if we determine that the product has been used or damaged.
